He is later on rescued, and brought back to spiritedness by his daughter, Lucie. - L ucie Manette/Darnay: The daughter of Dr. Manetter, described as beautiful by both Carton and Darnay. She marries Charles Darnay. She gets along with everyone, and evreryone she meets disposition love and greetings to her. - Sydney Carton: Looks almost identical to Charles Darnay in appearance. He drinks a lot and gets drunk often. He also love Lucie Manette.
